If your pet falls ill, he or she may be prescribed a course of antibiotics. In the past, this meant you had to give your pet pills. Depending on your pet, this may be easier said than done! We are now offering a new type of antibiotic called Convenia. Convenia is special because it is administered by a single injection (given by one of our veterinarians). A single injection lasts two weeks! It can be given to both dogs and cats. Pet owners whose pets have been treated with Convenia report they are very happy:
  • No more having to pill their pet.
  • No more worrying that if they continually pill their pet, their pet will grow to resent them.
  • No more worrying about missing a dose.
Convenia is not suitable for all infections or all pets. Ask us about Convenia if your pet needs antibiotics in the future.
